Tolomush Okeyev (Төлөмүш Океев, 1935–2001) was a Kyrgyz screenwriter and film director. He was born 11 September in Bokonbayevskoye. His 1984 film The Descendant of the Snow Leopard was entered into the 35th Berlin International Film Festival, where it won the Silver Bear for an outstanding single achievement.^[1]
